Changing file name conventtion for licenses in legal dir
Hi:
I think we can change the file naming convention for license files in
legal/ dir from the current:
license.[$package-name]
to the cocoon convetion:
[$package-name]-[$version].license.[txt|html]
I think is more easier work with these files if we use a standard file
extension than the current one.
