[GitHub] opennlp pull request #35: OPENNLP-865: Add brat format support documentation...

    OPENNLP-865: Add brat format support documentation for name finder

    Document added describing how to use the brat format for name finder model building. The commit only contains the brat document and an image. Still need to add main title and section ids and we need to figure out where to put in the opennlp document.
