stricmp is not supported in linux
Hi
SoapDeseriazer.cpp line 941 contains stricmp function which is not
compatible in linux(Actually it is only for win 95 and NT). We need
to replace that.

strcasecmp is the UNIX equivalent. Don't know if that is supported on
Windows.
