Roller seems to badly encode the special character.
The generated url is:
http://myserver.com/roller/test/feed/entries/rss?cat=%2FActualit%C3%A9s
This url does not work.

But if I change the url to this:
http://myserver.com/roller/test/feed/entries/rss?cat=%2FActualit%E9s
The feed is well displayed!
