Description:
With [https://github.com/apache/fineract/commit/aaa61695cf27419a2bc9e018fc6e2715512a1094] , the functionality for defining "sub rates" for Interest for loan products has been added in [https://github.com/apache/fineract/tree/Fineract-614.]
Integration tests to validate the functionality needs to be added.
