Images on protected areas have not "Last modified" header

           Summary: Images on protected areas have not "Last modified"
                    header
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.2 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: HTTP/1.1 Connector
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: vicentesalvador@netscape.net

1.Put an image on a protected area like examples/jsp/security/protected/tomcat.gif

2. get this image: http://localhost:8080/examples/jsp/security/protected/tomcat.gif

3. Form opens -> authenticate

4. the image is displayed. on IE rightclick the image and select Properties. On
NS View image and the select page info

The image has not the Last Modified parameter. On 4.0 this works fine!!! This is
a cache penalty because all images are retrieved every time from a protected area.
