The API client needs a way to get a list of application deployments that can be used for a given app module and GroupResourceProfile.  This will be used in the UI to figure out, for a given application, which GroupResourceProfiles are applicable and once a GroupResourceProfile is selected which application deployments are then selectable by the user.
