Some problems found while running ant run-install

Some problems found while running ant run-install after an ant clean-all on an updated working space : 

. Seems that in DemoGeneralChartOfAccounts.xml [386] parentGlAccountId="224000" is referenced  before being defined

. This prevents to load DemoTaxAuthority.xml, DemoOrderPeopleData.xml and presumably DemoMarketing.xml

I have also corrected 2 minor syntax bugs in xml files (see commits ML please)
