Best charting and reporting tools

Hi every body,
 
I want know please which one is the best as an open source java and why :
 
1) charting library : JFreeChart, Charts4J ... etc.
2) Reporting library : JasperReport, IReport, SeamReports ... etc.

For reports I would go with Jasper, this is a proven horse.
