The log message timestamp on FsShell console show only seconds.

$ export HADOOP_ROOT_LOGGER=TRACE,console
$ hdfs dfs -rm -skipTrash /tmp/2G*
16/06/20 16:00:03 DEBUG util.Shell: setsid exited with exit code 0
{noformat}

Would like to see milliseconds for quick performance turning.
