Is there a C++ wrapper for APR?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any C++ wrappers for APR?  I found a 
template for pools done by Garrett Rooney and an associated mail thread, 
but not much else.  Anyone know of anything?

Is apr_match_glob() the best way to expand command line arguments that
contain wildcard file descriptions ?

the log4cxx project contains some wrapper classes around APR,
like File- and Socket classes, and also pools.
