I have created another patch for the "Developing Apache Harmony Class-library Code with Eclipse" page, that includes Svetlana's changes and also makes the page relevant to DRLVM developers.  I also removed the "Am I Eligible?" section and will provide a further patch that adds it to a more suitable page.
