Also we would like

    [ ] the behavior of the compilation image (https://github.com/apache/james-project/tree/master/dockerfiles/compilation/java-11) to be unaltered.

That means

    moving gradle build output in the right places cf https://github.com/apache/james-project/blob/master/dockerfiles/compilation/java-11/compile.sh from line 73
    Being able to run deployment tests cf https://github.com/apache/james-project/blob/master/dockerfiles/compilation/java-11/integration_tests.sh
