[Bug 2191] E-mail marked as porn (PORN_4) which is clearly not

Found another non-porn / non-spam site that matches the PORN_4 rule and 
shouldn't: http://www.lensexpress.com (matches "sex" within the URI). 
I recognize the difficulty of SA differentiating between a "lens express" site 
and a "len sex press" site, but given the large number of non-porn hits for 
this rule, I do hope 2.7 will find a way to improve upon this record. 
(Meanwhile, reducing the score for this rule within my systems.)
