   This is an issue we are aware of and ~are working~ have a plan to fix.  After the typical set up that is listed in the README.  you should be able to run ` make serve` in the `website` directory that will serve the pages locally for you..  To see the site you would then visit `http://localhost:1313/incubator-heron/` in your browser.
