cocoon2 startup

hey all,

i'm trying to get cocoon 2 up and running on my machine.  however tomcat 
does not seem to be recognizing the /cocoon url.  i've got other webapps 
up and running no problem.  i've tried to edit my server.conf file to 
add an explicit entry in there for the cocoon webapp.

any ideas
