custom doctype - page not found

Hi all,

I am trying to set up a pipeline for a custom doctype but am running in 
to some problems.  I keep getting a page not found error.  If I copy

mypub/content/live/index/index_en.xml
to
mypub/content/live/gallery/index/index_en.xml

I should be able to visit the page
http://localhost:8080/lenya/mypub/live/gallery/index.html

right?  Does anyone know what I am missing here?

Did you update the sitetree.xml file with your new entry?
