jclouds 1.9.0 release this weekend

Hi!

>From past discussions in other threads, it seems that there is an
agreement to release jclouds 1.9.0 as soon as possible.

Unless someone says the opposite I will cut the 1.9.0 release from the
current master branch this weekend.
