Repository completely fixed now. Really. I mean it.

Even your old working copies should update now -- the server will give
a useful response to your client's old-style version resource url.

Oh, and who wants to take care of inscribing Greg Stein's name in the
Arc de Triomphe?

Woohoo!  No need for fresh checkouts!

For people with repositories in the field:  upgrade your servers to
r2257, and then they'll do the Right Thing when old working copies try
to update.
