[jira] [Resolved] (CLOUDSTACK-3085) If there is a InternalLB rule created in a VPC tier then the InternalLBVM is created for that rule as soon as a VM is deployed in that tier (i.e. the internal lb vm is created without attaching any vm to the lb rule)
