Thanks for the patch!

Some initial feedback after a quick review:

- A lot of stuff inside the driver and tests seems to be copy and pasted from the  CloudFiles driver and tests. Copy and pasting is bad because it makes code hard to maintain, etc. so this should be improved by adding more common classes and re-using stuff where possible.
