Actually, Ant has its own internal Base64 encoder (a nested class of the Get
task). Get uses this class for HTTP auth. encoding; big surprise that's what
SplashTask wants it for as well. IMHO the "right" thing to do here is modify
SplashTask to use Get, consolidating this code. First Get will have to support
arbitrary output destinations, though. I had intended this to be provided via
a nested I/O redirector... just one of the many items on my TODO list.
