Examples of Multipart Form?? (ie. uploading files)

Hey all,

I'm trying to use the Upload utilities that come with Struts, and I have to
admit I'm completely lost. :) Can anyone direct me to some documentation or
a tiny sample app showing how this works? I have, to date, not been able to
find anything out there.
