I'm sure there will come a time that anonymity will be required in a
 conference room; as right now it displays first name / last name.  Need a way to change what is displayed to First Name / Last Initial, First Name Only, or user name?

Need the ability to chose what is to be displayed in that panel.  If possible make it a per "conference room" setting.
