Created an attachment (id=3953)
 --> (http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/attachment.cgi?id=3953&action=view)
sample email that should not have been marked with DKIM_POLICY_SIGNSOME

No Domainkey policy has been published by this domain:

[mcdonalddj@mcdonalddj-dc Desktop]$ dig _policy._domainkey.appletab.com txt

; <<>> DiG 9.4.1 <<>> _policy._domainkey.appletab.com txt
;; global options:  printcmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 13435
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 1, ADDITIONAL: 0

The message is most likely spam, but not because of DKIM.
