soap.xml

Anyone know how to get soap.xml read from a War file?

I'm deploying the soap engine from a war and I'd like to stick
soap.xml in there too. I've tried changing it's name to "/soap.xml"
(using an init-param) thinking that would allow getRealPath() to find
it, but no such luck. I've tried 3 or 4 things already and will keep
trying but I thought I'd check the wisdom of the net.
