With soon the introduction of the portoffset -D parameter for the run-tests ant target in OFBiz, I will reopen this issue after I will have resolved some pending issues on OFBiz side, namely at least
* Cobertura target fails OFBIZ-4757
* As reported by Olivier, OFBIz-Jenkins-Sonar fails https://analysis.apache.org/jenkins/job/ofbiz/, I will have a look ASAP
