changing maven group id to org.apache.brooklyn

Hi all,

As per BROOKLYN-74, we're going to change the Maven group ID from 
"io.brooklyn" to "org.apache.brooklyn". I'll work on this soon so expect 
a PR in not too long.

The plan is first to have one last io.brooklyn build, which will include 
(in brooklyn.cli.Main) a LOG.warn redirecting people to the new maven 
group id.
