TraXLiaison.java missing from jar files in nightly/weekly builds

Hello:

.../ant/taskdefs/optional/TraXLiaison.class  is not part of the
ant.jar nor the optional.jar in the last few builds.

However, ../ant/taskdefs/optional/TraXLiaison.jar  _IS_ part of the
src.zip file for the last few builds.

Is this by design?  build error?   Build-meisters-- please advise..

To build it, you ned JAXP 1.1 - guess this is not true for Conor's
environment.
