document for integrating ctakes binary version into scripting pipeline

Hello,

I have searched to find some information about processing document with
analysis engines in scripting pipeline, such as shell script.

I am wondering if there are formal document for pipeline building by
scripting language, such as shell, python, perl. In the pipeline, ctakes
specific analysis engine will be called giving input file and output file
parameter.
