How to deal with this interop test error?

Hello,
I have still a  problem after I renew Ant to the lastest version. Only
Scenario 1 passes during the interop test, and other eight tests are
failed with the same error:
"org.apache.ws.security.components.crypto.Merlin cannot create instance
at
org.apache.ws.security.components.crypto.CryptoFactory.loadClass(CryptoFactory.java:130)"

What causes this error? Do I need to set some values?
