Bug of jasper in EscapeUnicodeWriter.java

There is a bug of jasper in EscapeUnicdeWriter.java
this will cause double byte encoding jsp file won't work.
at line 91

	while ( --len >= 0 ) {
	    int ch = buf[off++] & 0xff;
	    /*
	     * Write out unicode characters as \u0000
	     */
===========================
it should be " buf[off++] & 0xffff " not 0xff.
Hope somebody can fix it.
