Wrong date

Can you please tell me what I should be entering as my date format?
I am in the US
I am importing from VSS

Currently I have the settings:
vss.log.dateformat=M/dd/yy HH:mm
vss.log.datelocale=en

My log error is:
03:57:48,296 [main] ERROR VssHistoryParser:96 - Wrong date: 6/03/98 2:15p
03:57:48,296 [main] WARN VssHistoryParser:88 - Skip entry: date is not set

Thank you in advance!

As a guess, you may need to change the 'HH' to 'h'. In Windows regional
settings anyway, 'H' is 24-hour time, and 'h' is 12-hour time. The
first error message you show has the time displayed in 12-hour time.
