CI and #traffic-server (freenode)

Hi all,

I’ve asked that our fantastic Infra-ops reduce the ASFBot notifications in the #traffic-server channel. Once this is completed, we’ll still be able to see all the CI notifications, but in a different IRC channel: #traffic-server-ci.

If you are interested in seeing all these messages, please join the #traffic-server-ci channel as well as #traffic-server.
