Tomcat WARP problem

Every time we submit a form we get the following message:

WebApp: Error 500
(File:
/home/builder/psa_601_rpm/psa/apache-modules/mod_webapp/work/jakarta-tomcat-
connectors-4.1.24-src/webapp/lib/pr_warp.c Line: 398)
Communication interrupted

We do not have enough experience in warp (used to work with mod_jk only) but
as far as I understand mod_jk is not supported by Plesk (Plesk 6 is used) so
we have to stay with warp.

If you have any experiense or advise on this issue - please help!!!!
