[axis2] Any plans for the soap monitor applet?

Hi all, 

I really could use the soap monitor applet at the moment - tcpmon is helpful 
but requires a redirection port - a bit difficult in my environment. 

If it hasn't been started, what would it take to get soap monitor applet from 
axis 1.x into axis2 ?
