Has anyone a clue as to how to attack the above?

It is still featuring the 5.5 page when I query.

Google has some free services that one can use to help with SEO, A
key one is their Webmaster Tools:

http://www.google.com/webmasters/

Signing up for this, and proving that you control a given subdomain,
allows you to tap into a set of tools, including one that reports any
errors the Google indexer found when scanning your webite, and other
hints that might indicate SEO problems.
