[jira] [Created] (SPARK-38103) Use error classes in the parsing errors of transform

Max Gekk created SPARK-38103:
--------------------------------

             Summary: Use error classes in the parsing errors of transform
                 Key: SPARK-38103
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-38103
             Project: Spark
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: SQL
    Affects Versions: 3.3.0
            Reporter: Max Gekk

Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:
* transformNotSupportQuantifierError
* transformWithSerdeUnsupportedError
* tooManyArgumentsForTransformError
* notEnoughArgumentsForTransformError
* invalidTransformArgumentError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
