BookKeeper working with HDFS HA

Hi guys,

For those of you following the HDFS High Availability project, I uploaded a patch to make HA work with the BookKeeperJournalManager. I haven't tested it extensively, but the basic use cases work well. I'm going to do some more benchmarking in the next few days.
