[I] Error accessing a private dashboard without being logged in using a permalink [superset]
dmunozv04 opened a new issue, #40768:

### Bug description
Enable RBAC, share a dashboard with a role.
Share -> copy permalink
Open that link on a private tab (or log out before)
Error `{"error": "Error: You don't have access to this dashboard."}` instead of redirecting to the login page.
When using a regular link instead of a permalink, the user is redirected: #30380
