Description:
Right now, deployment for web-apps performs a schema validation using xmlbeans. The way that it's currently implemented the j2ee-schema must be in the lib directory and must be loaded by the server. (Yuck)
I think that it would be nice to use the dependencies from the plans.

I removed the extra copies of j2ee-schema from the project.xml and had no trouble deploying a couple of web apps. I need a specific example if this is really a problem.
