[ANNOUNCE] Apache cTAKES 3.1.1 released

 The Apache cTAKES team is pleased to announce the availability of the
3.1.1 release.

Apache clinical Text Analysis and Knowledge Extraction System (cTAKES) is

Even though the resources dont need updating, the version mismatch is confusing for anyone who wouldn't know that.

Thanks for catching that! I released the repository after seeing your post.

Looks like although there is mention near the top of the release guide [1] of the need to Release the artifacts from the staging repository, it is missing that as a step later on. I'll update the release guide.
