Missing files in connector-source

hi,

=> "configure / make / make install" is not possible.

i can't find any configure-script in the connector-source-file 
"jakarta-tomcat-connectors-4.0.2-01-src.tar.gz" and so it's not possible 
to compile and install any connectors from the source (without cvs)
