1.Install Ambari from trunk (2.4.0.0)
2.Install cluster with HDP-2.2
3.Register a repo HDP-2.3.4 using version definition file
4.Register a repo HDP-2.3.2 using REST API in the old repo version format (Refer: 5.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M9WSi7GrozYTxGaqsgCSp25aydP88h8LMgdEVZfzRDM)
6.Both the registered versions do not show up in Admin>Stacks and Versions>Versions page.
7.Kick off Install Packages using the REST API instead.
8.Note the new registered version shows up in the UI in "Installing" state.
