Something that Forrest could do would be extend the Cocoon CLI so that
it doesn't crawl to find links, but gets them from the site.xml. It is
an obvious feature that Cocoon's CLI could use, and shouldn't be _too_
hard to implement.

Sounds like this might have avoided this particular issue and, to my
mind would suit the Forrest use-case much better.
