marketing list subscription has bounced

I sent a 'subscribe' email to ooo-marketing@incubator.apache.org

It has been bounced with a message I don't understand.  Is the address wrong?  Or does the subject 'SUBSCRIBE' cause a problem?

Thanks and regards.
