bug fixed

Hi,

I fix the bug on the viewport.
It was just the clipping area computed in the SVGSVGElementBridge that was not
in user space.

We now pass : masking-vportClip-BE-09.svg and coords-viewBox-BE-03.svg

I will try to find the bug on opacity.svg + PAN.
If anybody else finds the solution, keep me in the loop.

Thierry.

Cool. I will try if this fixes other viewport problems I found in
some of the filter BEs (color matrix and component transfer).
