IMPORTANT: Regarding Incubator Reports

The PMC is reminding all Incubator projects that an important item for the
report is what needs to be done to satisfy graduation requirements.

We further encourage all projects, to take a close look at their current
status, discuss matters with their Mentors, and to start considering
graduation as appropriate.
