Environment: all

Description:
aspectj:jar task bellies up in an AOP only project. It is unable to create the outjar file, because the <project>/target directory does not exist.
A solution to this problem is to create a goal "aspectj:prepare-fs" which creates the target directory and is called from aspectj:init.
