steps:
1.launch OO and new a text document
2.insert a frame and set different border line style for left,right,top,bottom
border
3.save to doc, and reopen to check the frame border line style

defect:
the border line style become one line style.

See the similar problems in bug 68092 and bug 58843 with some explanations, why
the export is done this way.

Do you have a suggestion, which object in Word can be used, that has the same
properties as the frame in AOO? If such object does not exist, resolve the
issue to "wontfix".
